If you don't pay your bill?

We want to discuss any unpaid bills with you, and we will be trying to get in touch to discuss this via a combination of online messages to your online My Account, email, text, phone call and letter.

If we can’t get hold of you then we will need to take extra steps to recover the monies owed. Every case is different, and the further action may include:

  • A Debt Collection Agency
  • Legal Action
  • Applying for a warrant to install a pay as you go meter at your address to make it easier for you to pay back the monies owed.
