Missed a payment?
If your monthly Direct Debit payment has been missed, we assume this is just an oversight on your behalf and so will represent the payment for collection by Direct Debit straight away. If you are aware that this second attempt to collect your payment will not be successful, then please get in touch as soon as possible – You can do this by email at email@example.com or call 0330 403 0040. If a debt has already been built up, we want to have a discussion with you and agree an ongoing re-payment plan to have the debt collected at an agreement amount.
