Making a Payment
Most payments are taken automatically by direct debit however if you want to make an additional payment or clear an outstanding balance you can do this by credit or debit card. The easiest way to do this is through your online account or by calling our customer service team on 0330 4030040 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We can only accept one transaction per customer per day.

- Log into your online account.
- Select ‘Make a Card Payment’
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with making a payment.
